CRRC low carbon value chain management system consulting program

This project aims to comprehensively guide CRRC's carbon verification guide (program), as well as the online data collection and timely statistical accounting methods and processes for carbon emissions of Scope 1 and Scope 2. It also aims to establish the carbon emission statistical verification management system of scope 3 for the upstream industrial chain (supply chain), and define the statistical methods and boundaries.

This management system can support the establishment and operation of the low-carbon supplier evaluation mechanism and guidance mechanism of CRRC and can help accurately quantify the carbon reduction effect of the cultivation and guidance mechanism of low-carbon suppliers of CRRC. Finally, it can support the optimization and improvement of the hierarchical evaluation of low-carbon suppliers of CRRC.
